A complete Christmas Day feast cooked fresh by Nichola — higher-welfare turkey, crisp roasties, festive veg, pigs in blankets, stuffing, and rich gravy. All the joy, none of the stress. Simply warm, plate, and serve.

  • Turkey breast wrapped in sweet-cured bacon
  • Spiced apricot, ginger & higher-welfare sausagemeat stuffing
  • Seasoned roast potatoes
  • Marmalade & mustard roasted carrots
  • Maple & thyme roasted parsnips
  • Sprouts A La Française (with or without bacon lardons, pink onions & cream)
  • Pigs in blankets with spiced honey glaze
  • Pork & apricot stuffing
  • Spiced red cabbage
  • Shallot & thyme jus (or gravy)

Serve With

  • Cranberry sauce or redcurrant jelly

Order one portion per person.

Wine Pairing Suggestion

A smooth Rioja Reserva, Pinot Noir, or an English sparkling wine complements the festive flavours beautifully.

Reheating Instructions

Oven (recommended)

  • Preheat to 180°C (160°C fan)
  • Transfer all components to an oven-safe dish
  • Cover loosely with foil
  • Heat for 20–25 minutes, or until piping hot
  • Remove foil for final 5 minutes to crisp the potatoes

Microwave (for gravy & small items)

  • Heat in 1–2 minute bursts, stirring between each
  • Ensure everything is steaming hot throughout
  • Do not reheat more than once
