Brussels sprouts gently cooked with pink onions, cream, and bacon lardons (or without, if preferred). A French-inspired twist on the classic Christmas sprout.

Reheating Instructions

Oven (recommended)

  • Preheat to 180°C (160°C fan)
  • Transfer to an oven-safe dish and cover loosely with foil
  • Heat for 15–20 minutes until piping hot
  • Remove foil for the last 5 minutes if you’d like a lightly browned top

Microwave

  • Heat in 1–2 minute bursts, stirring between each
  • Ensure the centre is steaming hot before serving
  • Do not reheat more than once
