This Spanish-inspired starter is all about drama and depth. King prawns and smoky chorizo are flash-cooked in garlicky olive oil, then poured piping-hot into your dish. It’s bold, rustic, and unapologetically messy in the best way. We recommend tearing bread, dipping generously, and pretending you're seaside in San Sebastián.

Reheating / Cooking Instructions:
Transfer contents to a small oven-safe dish or frying pan. Heat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8–10 minutes, or gently on the hob over medium heat until sizzling and piping hot. Stir once to avoid sticking. Do not microwave.
